The Unlimited Wash Membership is a recurring monthly subscription allowing you to wash your vehicle as often as you'd like for one set monthly price. You can cancel at any time by submitting a cancellation form. If you wash your vehicle more than twice a month you can save money by joining!

No, each membership is assigned to one vehicle only.
However, we now have Family Plans which allows you to add additional vehicles to your same membership level for only $14.95 each!
To adjust your membership, fill out the Contact Us form. Someone from our team will contact you when the adjustment has been made or if we need more information. If changing wash levels please confirm the new one a few days prior to renewal to ensure the correct amount processes.
We now use license plate recognition! If your previous vehicle had an RFID sticker, please fill out the Contact Us form with your license plate number included so we can update your account.
If your previous vehicle did not have an RFID sticker and your license plate number has changed, please fill out the Contact Us form with your new license plate number included.
If your previous vehicle did not have an RFID sticker and your license plate number did not change, you are good to continue to wash at all sites!
If a payment is declined or missed on the renewal date for your subscription, the system will not change your future payment dates and the original renewal date will remain unless a request is made to change it through Customer Service. It will immediately charge when the payment method is updated and then continue on the original payment date per month as it is a per-month unlimited membership, and cannot be paused without a cancellation request.
If you will be out of town for an extended amount of time and would like to cancel for any duration, please fill out the Cancellation or Contact Us forms and we will get it taken care of and it can be reactivated any time once back.

No, but your membership can be temporarily canceled and then can be reactivated whenever you are ready to renew your wash membership.
If your membership is cancelled and later reactivated, the original payment renewal date will apply unless a request is made to change it through Customer Service.

The $4.95 for the 1st Month is intended for one-time use per vehicle only and will apply automatically at checkout. You cannot cancel and re-sign up to receive the discount again. The system will automatically charge you full price of the last enrolled wash plan by default.
Fill out the Cancel Membership form and you will receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed.
*Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to your monthly renewal date to ensure they are canceled in time. Memberships remain active for the entire duration paid for (unless during the $4.95 intro offer then cancellation is effective immediately).
You can access your account under "Manage Account" link on the website and below. An email address on file is required, so if one is not please send us an email/Contact Us form to provide one and we will reset the login information for you.
You will then receive a link that will take you directly into your account once signed in. You can also access your account any time through our app "Ronny's Car Wash of Florida".
